My name is Trish and I am a stroke survivor. I have always liked to decorate cakes and took a class when my children were young. But even when I was growing up I liked baking and such. I worked for Baskin and Robbins making ice cream cakes and gained a lot of experience doing what I liked best.
I became a perfectionist, giving people joy in what I created. Then in December 2006 I had a stroke and could not even write my name, much less decorate a cake. But through therapy and a lot of hard work, I am making beautiful cakes again. While handwriting is still a challenge, I can make beautiful flowers out of frosting and make people happy with what I do.
If you would like to let them eat cake, please call me at 916-395-2844 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
